"Took you long enough." Axel blurted when Kellen walked back to the table.
Daciana followed behind him with her head lowered, her mind still analyzing the last thing he told her.
"You might find yourself in a situation which I can't help you out of."
Was that supposed to be a threat?
Should she be afraid for her life now?
"Hold the f**k up." Axel suddenly remarked with a snigger, glancing back at Daciana before fixing his gaze back on Kellen. "Did you two come together?"
Both of them ignored him as Kellen sat down without glancing at either Daciana or him.
Alan and Axel gave each other knowing looks but the former remained stoic, not showing any care over the matter.
