"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Calm down, babe." Elena's cheery tone instantly changed to concern when she heard Daciana's words from the other end. "What's going on?"
Daciana took a deep breath before launching into the story. "I slept with the triplets," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
There was a pause on the other end of the line before Elena spoke up. "Okay... That's a sentence I thought I'd never hear from your mouth. How did it happen?"
Daciana's face heated up with an embarrassed blush.
She felt like digging a hole and jumping into it. Maybe she can bury herself in it until the triplets forget her existence.
