An hour later, Milo came home to an empty apartment. He paused at the entrance and closed his eyes. Not a sound. The air smelled stale—like no one had been in the space for hours. Tommy left two days ago for Santorini for the Ralph Lauren summer shoot. He imagined himself transported to the black beaches of the famous Greek island and breathed in the salty Aegean air. Then Kaz entered the daydream in black board shorts and a sexy grin. A groan slipped out of Milo. He had been torturing himself all night since Kaz left the Hellfire Club to deal with his brother. Kaz had a brother. From another mother. Someone who seemed dangerous in a sick, calculating sort of way. It had been a long time since Milo was in the presence of a man like that.
