Kiki was first confused, then furious when she studied more closely one of the pictures on the screen of her laptop. She could not accept any member of her family being associated with her biggest rival and there was no way she would stand aside and let such a union happen. She picked up her cell phone to call her big brother before changing her mind to call her niece instead.
Mylie was all smiles enjoying the company of her in-laws when her favorite aunt (more like only aunt but they are so close) called, she excused herself from the group to go take the call outside.
"Hi aunt Kiki!" Mylie could not hide the joy from her voice but it only served to irritate her aunt much more than Kiki already was.
Kiki would have loved to sound better or even say something nice but she was too late
