It's long over due. At least that's what Fey told herself as she packed her things in preparation to leave the office. Between Eric and Kiki, she decided that she could more easily fix the thing with her friend Eric if she was in smooth waters with her lover. Her outburst towards her friend was unnecessary and insensitive, but it would only be better if she first resolved the matter which brought about the fight. Done with packing her things, Fey walked out of the office leaving strict instructions for her assistant to ensure that nobody leaves the office before closing time.
Fey found herself driving leisurely despite the hurry in which she felt to resolve the issue. Somehow, her foot was acting on its own free will as it refused to press down on the pad to increase her driving speed. B
