After leaving her office, Fey drove straight to her business advisor, colleague and best friend's house to consult with him. She knows she has to spill every detail but she does not mind if it would give her a clue on how to help Kiki out of her current situation. Most people would call to make sure they make an appointment in order not to miss the person or go looking for a person at a bad time, but, Fey's relationship with Eric needed no such formalities. In fact, she could go to his house in the middle of the night and he would sit up with her talking about what ever it was that made her come out so late, or he could drive down to Fey's at a few hours to dawn and they would take a drive together to wherever and do whatever.
