“I had a wonderful time,” I said. “The private tour was fascinating. I didn’t know all that stuff about growing grapes and making wine. Did you?” The golden wine swirled in my wine glass, releasing notes of apricot and honey. Kurt watched me with his eyes twinkling and a smile played on his face. “I mean I had no idea.
