Shaking with fury, I walked down the sidewalk to Susie's Café. Anger, hurt, and hatred filled me. Kurt made my life miserable in high school, even though he was best friends with my cousin. I didn't know how Larry could stand that guy. My nerves quivered and vibrated. I reached for the door handle at Susie's Café when a large hand closed over my shoulder.
