Shaking his head to clear it, Quinn looked out at the line stretching down the block from the club entrance. He usually didn’t work the door, preferring the interior of his office so he could watch all the comings and goings via their security cameras. But Steven had informed him that he’d had to run off two vampires already since the doors opened a couple of hours ago. Until recently, there hadn’t been a problem with vampires trying to cross into their turf. With all the murders and disappearances going on within the city and the sudden uprising in the number of vampires, Quinn figured it didn’t take a genius to put two and two together… unless you were human.
