Everyone might think coming from a rich or let me say a billionaire family means you have everything life can offer.
But guess what, my story is a big mess one.
My Name is Daniel Grayson. The CEO of GFDC. The biggest company in the whole country. I'm 29 age bachelor.
The word Marriage is never in my dictionary. I don't wanna be bound by one woman whiles there might be thousands of women out there to enjoy.
My family has always been on my nerves to get marry but I always brushed it off.
Well not until my mom visited me at the office today. True fact, I was surprised to see her. But I knew whatever that brought her here was never a good one and I'm not gonna like it at the end of my conversation with her.
"Mom, what brings you here?" I asked her though I somehow have a guess of the reason behind her visit.
She rolled her eyes at me as if I have asked her a dumb question.
"What's that supposed to mean? Can't I visit my son?" she snapped at me.
Oh God give me the patience I want. The nerve of this woman. She should be grateful I even called her mom.
As if abandoning me since my childhood meant nothing to her. No apologies, No explanation, No nothing.
And she still has the nerve to rolled her eyes at me or even call me her son.
"Of course you can visit me. But I think you might have a purpose for visiting me this time at work." I said to her. I was trying my possible best not to snapped at her tor the sake of my Dad.
"Well yes, I came here for something important. As you can see, you are not growing younger and you have to or let me rephrase it for you, YOU NEED to provide a heir to the family. If not, I'm afraid the rest of the family might take the CEO position away from you.
So I and your father thought about it last night and we decided to arrange marriage between you and the young mistress of the Jefferson family. "
My mom ended her speech.
"YOU DID WHAT?" the question tore from my mouth sooner than I thought.
"Watch how you talk to me young man. I'm your mother so don't you dare shout at me." my mom hissed at me.
And every little respect I was holding on burst out like a volcano. The nerve she had.
"Listen to me Mrs Angie, you have no right to decide my marriage for me. Who are you even to me? Huh? And don't you dare say you are my mother!!!
The fact that you gave birth to me doesn't makes you my mother. Have you forgotten how you left I and my Dad even when we knelt in the rain and begged you not to leave us?
Have you forgotten how you choose your step children over me, your biological son? Have you forgotten how many times you left or pass by me without even asking me how I was doing?
So now tell me, who are you to interfere in my life? How funny you returned back to us when your rich sugar daddy was arrested for his filthy deals.
I have nothing else to say to you. Please leave my office before I call the security.

I snapped at her. All the emotions I had been holding in ever since she came back into our life again, I burst it all in front of her.
How dare this woman tried to educate me on how I should talk.
"Daniel, I think I have already apologize. What else do you want me to do?" she asked me and I felt like laughing.
"Did you just say you had apologize? Then sorry to disappoint you Madame, because I will NEVER forgive you. Now Please leave my office!!"
I saw her stand up and looked at me. "Fine, I will leave but this think about what I told you. " she said before walking out.
"AAAAHHH!"
I shouted at no one precisely. What the heck. There was no way I was going to get marry. And even if I intend to get marry which is unlikely, I will Marry the woman of my choice. No one get to choose who my bride should be.
I fished out my phone and called my Dad. He always gets my back whenever my mom and my grandparents plan against me.
"Hello son."
I heard my Dad voice from the other end.
"Dad, I will go straight to the point. That woman came into my office today and blubber nonsense. She said you all had agreed to arrange a woman from only f**k knows what family. Care to explain to me Dad?
I thought you were on my side. I can't believe this and it's seriously drive me insane." I poured my heart to him. He's not just my father, he's also my confidant.
"Calm down son, it's not what you think. Yes your mom discuss it with me last night, but I already rejected her idea. This morning Anna and her parents came here for visit.
And guess what son, Anna said she wants to marry you." said my Dad.
"She said what? How? Why? Is she crazy or what? But I only consider her as my younger sister, nothing more nothing less." I had to run my hands through my hair. In fact I was going crazy.
"I know son. So your grandparents and your mom plan to set you with Alice Jefferson. And if you refuse, then they will have no other option than to pressure you to marry Anna. Trust me son, I've tried my best to reason with them but it's useless.
And oh Dan, don't come home today. " my Dad said to me and I became confused.
"What do you mean Dad? Why shouldn't I come home? "
"Because your mom and grandparents has asked Anna to spend the night in the villa. I don't need to tell you what will happen if you come home right?" .
Just like I said, my dad always got my back.
"Alright Dad. I'm already done with the office. I will just book a hotel for tonight." I assured him.
"Alright then, talk to you later son. he said and hanged up.
Now this is all mess. I took my jacket and dashed out of my office. I called my three best buddy to let's go out and and enjoy Because I needed to forget everything, even just for few hours.
They agreed to meat me later. I was on my to our appointed place. Yeah, we have some small club or I should a bar we normally go there and release our stress.
We can go to all those luxurious clubs out there but this particular place is not actually for enjoyment but for self relaxation.
I went into our normal VIP room and waited for my buddies.
The VIP door got open and a little girl came in. f**k she was so beautiful, I couldn't leave my eyes on her.
