“This is the last place we have. It will be one month advance and two months deposit.”
A 20 sqm studio-type room welcomed my eyes. The room was as empty as my wallet as I checked all its corners. So far, this is the best place that I could afford with the money that I have.
Rose and I had been looking for the entire day and I could tell that this child was already on her limit. I badly needed to secure our new house today.
