Sophia touched her lips, still swollen from Alessandro’s delicious kisses, and a slow, satisfied smile curled her mouth. That kiss was… wow. Was it the anticipation that had made it feel that way? Or was it simply because it was him?
With a dreamy sigh, she headed upstairs, shutting her bedroom door behind her. The house was silent, everyone already asleep. She took a quick shower, hoping the warm water would soothe her restless energy—but it only made things worse.
Slipping into bed, she curled beneath the covers, but sleep wouldn’t come. Not after that kiss. Not after feeling his hands on her waist, his lips devouring hers.
