I woke up the next day and discovered that Clint was no longer beside me. I stood up and walked swiftly out of the tent. I met Jasper and Clint, they were sitting down together and having a little conversation.
“Good morning, Sophia,” Jasper said.
“Good morning, Sophia,” Clint also said.
“Good morning, “ I replied, looking at Jasper.
“We got some fruits for you, “ Jasper said, walking towards me and handing me some fruits.
“Thank you, Jasper, that’s so lovely of you,” I said.
“Clint and I plucked them,” he said.
“Okay,” I said. I was trying my best to avoid Clint. It was hurting me. He had a sad smile plastered on his face.
Jasper looked at both of us. He looked kind of confused. There was a weird silence between all of us at that moment
