“An Unaka! That’s what they’re called,” Philip replied.
“Unaka? What the hell is that?” I asked.
“I haven’t heard of an Unaka before. Please explain,” Jasper said.
“Yeah, me too,” Clint said.
“A long time ago, long before the war started, the Unakas came into existence as a result of the interference of the wolf gods and ancestors in the affairs of the living werewolves. At that time, there was peace, but some wolves wanted more. They wanted power, so they provoked the gods to invest special abilities in some werewolves,” Philip continued.
