My life became busier because of my responsibilities at the diner, which at the time seemed to be flourishing. It was doing so well that on some days, we would close by 11 pm after pleading so much with our customers to leave and that we had exceeded our closing time.
Business seemed to be booming graciously for Mr. Jeremy, who owned the diner, and in no time, he opened several branches in the Sacred Sun Pack area and handed over the branch in our hometown to Clint and me. We went about our duties with so much fervor, like it was our very own establishment.
