I walked into my cell and sank into a pew. I thought about the past few days and how much I’d suffered at the hands of Alpha Brian and his people. It had been a horrible time since the last visit to my cell and, to be honest; I wasn’t sure if I had missed anything about it.
One thing that I was most certain about was the fact that I no longer had to worry about being caught by Luna Kandace in Clint’s room. I couldn’t even imagine it happening. Finally, I could breathe in fresh air and walk around like I pleased without fear.
Although my new cell was quite bigger and had a couple of items that brought me comfort, I was still restricted by the thick prison walls and reinforced steel that constituted the door of my cell.
