"Come out you two, you should be lucky the Alpha has been busy else you two would have been banished a long time ago" Eric said sternly to the twins Linda and Lisa whom he locked up some time back. "You better keep your heads low and make yourself scarce cause if the Alpha sights any of you causing nuisance in town, I don't know what will happen to you two" He said to them as a warning.

They were both shivering, little to no food and water just sufficient for their survival for one whole month, they were locked up. So as soon as they saw sunlight it affected them so much that they staggered to their homes with help of some of the guards stationed to keep them in.

When they got home, Linda went to look for food, she was dead hungry after which she went to take a shower and made it her aim to make sure she gets the alpha for herself. Its been a whole month that she hasnt set eyes on her alpha. She became even more determined to get the Alpha for herself, she wants to be able to put that beta in his place.

After she has freshened up she was walking through the grounds she overheard some ladies in the pack murmuring so she strained her hearings so she could listen to what they were busy saying and she heard

"That lady with Alpha liam is so beautiful, oh my god I heard from my friend in Alpha's kitchen that she saw them kissing" one of them said

"Are you serious? Wow!! She is really beautiful and worthy enough to be our Luna" another said

"I am so jealous, I wish Alpha liam will just touch me once I will never ever bath" still another said.

"And she is also caring as much as she is beautiful" the last of the four said.

This enraged Linda that she walked up to them and said,

"What do you think you are saying? Why would the alpha touch your useless self?"

"Oh if it isn't one of the crazy banshees, I wonder who else would act like that"

"Haha haha" They all laughed mockingly at Linda this made her really upset that she attempted to punch one of the girls but her hand was caught mid way

"Look here ugly thing you are a banshee yes but you aren't as powerful as I am. If you are really crazy, I would advise you to take your craziness else where. Foolish thing" She flinged her hands away and said "Girls come on let's go before she infects us with her punishment centre stench."

They all made fun of her and left her standing there.

'Just you wait I will be the Luna and all of you will regret everything you have done and said to me today. And who could this mysterious lady be? I will find her and when I do I'll warn her to stay off my man' Linda thought and walked closer to the Alpha's Building hoping she gets to sight her from afar.

And she actually did, and just like what those girls were blabbing about just few minutes ago. A beautiful girl was holding on to Liam's arms downstairs at the kitchen and to make matters worse, she kissed him.

She quickly ran home amidst tears. She got home and couldn't take it anymore. She slept off with all kinds of emotions. Anger, pain, sadness, and depression.

Due to a disturbing mind she woke up the next day and decided she wasn't going to give up. So she went to the training ground with hopes of seeing the Alpha but couldn't find him. That new girl must be the one behind Alpha's absence from the training ground. I must make sure I talk some senses into her. She can't be a fling and be a rival for me at the same time, the alpha is mine.

With that she went home, thinking of how to strategize on what to do. All these thoughts were disturbing her twin Lisa, so Lisa came up to her and said,

"You are really stressing me out with all this useless thoughts of yours. How can you be thinking of something that disastrous and wicked?"

"Its none of your business"

"Actually it isn't, but your thinking is disturbing my own thoughts, you may be forgetting that we are twins.Which I actually regret ever since I was born till this day and of course forever. I'll never get used to the fact that out of all the wolves out there you were given birth to as my twin, you murderer" Lisa replied

"Then distract yourself from my thoughts you idiotic fool"

"How can I do that? When you are thinking of pouring acid on someone's face? And out of every other person you could try that useless plan of yours on you dare to even think of trying your crazy plans on the one lady that has caught Alpha Liam's eyes? Haha you have got to be kidding me" Lisa said

"Just get out of my room right this instant"

"Or what exactly?"

"Or I might do that to you instead, get out now Lisa just get the hell out of my freaking room"

"Whatever, suit yourself" With that said, Lisa left Linda's room to hers leaving her to her useless and wicked thoughts and plans.

"Baby I am going outside just for a little while, you know how I am."

"Unfortunately I do, come on let's go"

"Where do you think you are going to?"

"I want to escort you outside"

"Nah you aren't coming, its my night.

"I'll just be by the garden rest assured or don't you trust your pack?"

"Its not that, I don't just trust myself enough to let you out of my sight"

"Haha silly you"

"Okay go on have fun my baby"

"Sure, just try not to miss me too much" Clara said and Liam engaged her in a deep kiss, before letting her off.

She began heading down the stairs, meanwhile Linda was eavesdropping on their conversation.

"Very good my time to meet the mysterious lady. I will so deal with her tonight" Linda said

And went to await her at the garden before she'll get there.

As soon as Clara came close to a flower away from the eyes of onlookers.

Linda came out of the bush and came close to her

"So you are the one who has been rumored to be following my beloved around the whole town I suppose"

"Who on earth are you and what do you think you are saying?"

"Of course you wouldn't know me, anyways I am one of his subordinates and I am here to give you a warning" Linda said walking close to her and sniffs on her. This move got Clara offended, that she yelled at her.

"Are you some sort of dog? To sniff on a full grown person?"

"Well, Well, well, you are actually a human. Hahaha weaklings. How did you get the almighty great Alpha into your skirts you might have some tricks up your sleeves"

"That's so rude of you, I still don't get your mission here with me"

"My mission here with you is to hurt you so bad that he doesn't get to look at you in the same light ever again. Who do you think you are to be kissing him all around all day?how dare you stick with him like that? What makes you so special than me?"

"What do you mean by that?" Before she finished asking

Linda wanted to slap Clara, so that her claws would hurt her face but then again her hands were caught by her.

"I am not as defenseless as you may have presumed, but then let me tell you something you are wrong to think my fiancé is your man cause he never was and never will be. You dare to want to hurt your Luna in the making? Make yourself scarce cause I never ever want to set my eyes on you again, just be rest assured that when I do, you won't find it funny" so she threw off her claws but then a slant scratch was made on her wrist that blood came gushing out off it. Seeing how brave and bold she was and hearing some footsteps getting closer Linda scurried away.

'When did I become this brave? Wonderful, I am truly getting stronger and since I am going to rule wolves like that I have to be tough and strong if they sense any fear in me then they'll view me as a weakling I need more training' those were Clara's thoughts while walking back to her Chambers.

"Back so soon? Did you miss me?so much that you came running back into my arms" Liam said

"Yeah am back" her hand was bleeding so she quickly rushed into the bathroom.

Liam's POV

Clara came back in less than an hour, thought she would be having fun but there she is feigning a smile and then I inhaled a blood scent from her, was she hurt? I better follow her into the bathroom. There she was bandaging a wound on her wrist

"Hey, did you get hurt?"

"I just um.had a cut from the garden" she said and Liam knew she was lying.

"This isn't an ordinary wound, tell me who did this to you?"

"It's nothing am fine"

"Come here, its a wolf who did this to you isn't it?"

"Yeah, but then I put her in her place, I am a Luna to be after all."

"That's my girl" with that said Liam cut his hands for blood to pour out

"What are you doing Liam? Why hurt yourself?"

"Just stay still" Liam commanded

Then he put his blood into the cut on Clara's arms and it slowly healed up.

Then the injury on Liam's palm healed as well.

"I don't ever want to see you get hurt my angel do you get that?"

"Yes, but then are people in your town that dangerous?"

"Actually not all of them just some who have a long time dream of having me for a mate they can be delusional"

"Oh I thought as much"

"Very soon you will be officially named let's see if anyone would double cross me again I will have them hanged. They dare hurt my Luna, I will kill them"

"No no don't kill anyone it will only make them lose trust in you"

"But how dare they try and hurt my very own Luna?"

"Come on its just a scratch no need to fight the pack for it even when I defended myself"

"Fine since Jasmine is here, its time to move up your coronation date and announce fully that you are the Luna of my Pack and everyone else should accept that. They will be your pack soon"

"I love you Liam, I love you so much"

"I love you more my sweet love"

"You always have a way of smooching me up young man"

"But of course you are mine and you are the only one who deserves to be smooched up by my sweet charms"

Liam and Clara laughed heartily.

'How could a mere human stop my hands halfway? Who does she think she is? Just because she is following the alpha around she thinks she can talk to me anyhow? I should have just stabbed her instead, gosh I hate her already, I can't have her as my Luna never I can't do that. She is so arrogant'

"Just like someone, you better get used to the fact that Alpha Liam now has a fated mate he is no longer single so whether human or hybrid she is your Luna in the making and hurting her would mean death"

"Get out of my room don't you have anything better to do than sit all day listening to my thoughts Lisa? You better leave me alone or I don't know what I might do to you" Linda yelled at Lisa who always seems to listen to her thoughts.
