After a week, Liam decided to go visit Clara again. And with the help of his beta he purchased a cell phone so that he would be able to communicate secretly with her if he ever gets the chance of having her contact. Yes he was the Alpha of the pack he could decide to use modern technologies, but he had to follow the rules, that's why he has to be able to contact her until he claims her then he will follow his ancestral ways and rules. Cause those rules were made to keep them safe from the outside world and its his job to abide by them. It was because of this new development, he had to bend it a little so as to get his Luna.

"Eric what else should I take along to visit her?"

"Get her a basket of fruits and some flowers, ladies really like that"

"Okay thanks"

"Also her parents can be a hindrance so when you get in there you drop the basket for them, and give her a jewelry and the rose instead so she can keep for herself. If she wears it immediately she values you, if she doesn't it may mean she doesn't like it"

"Okay I better get going"

"Oh one more thing"

"What?"

"Get her some cup cakes and some thing to wash it down"

"Fine can I go now?"

"Yeah, but before you do, tie the lace of your shoe, at least I know you are excited but you need to look presentable at the very least"

"Done, anything else?"

"Nah, take care and have fun don't be too forward"

"I won't"

With that said Liam ran off.

He knocked on the door and Clara opened up. It was quite surprising for her to see Liam at her door. She thought she would never see him again. Because its been a week since she last saw him. So she threw her arms around him and this made Liam really happy. His heart kept beating fast his wolf self wants to have her right there, but its not time yet to give in to his lustful desires or tendency. So she held onto his palm and drew him to her room.

"Where have you been Liam?" Clara asked

"Sorry I was busy"

"What about your parents?" Liam asked

"They aren't home yet. Liam I missed you I thought you weren't coming anymore."

"Oh dear sorry, I have been very busy. Didn't know you would want to see me. If I did I would have been coming here everyday."

"Why would you say that? Of course I want to see you everyday if possible"

"Okay I promise you I will come check on you anytime you think of me" Liam said

"But still you just left me all to myself" Clara was whining didn't know why she was feeling that way all of a sudden

"Hey Clara, I promise you from now henceforth I will always come visit you"

"You better" Clara said smiling sheepishly

"I brought this for you" Liam said bringing out the rose he brought earlier

Seeing this made Clara blush immensely. She doesn't know why she feels this way. Its not like she had never been given a rose before. Gabe has given her lots of roses in the past but here she is feeling so different.

"Awwn... Thank you Liam" Clara took the rose and inhaled it.

This made Liam really excited, that at least she is not avoiding him nor pushing him away. If things continue like this he may be able to show his other form to her soon enough.

"I brought these little fruit for the family, you can give this to them" Liam said handing out the basket of fruits to her.

"You are so thoughtful, thanks"

"Lastly, this is for you" He said handing out a gift bag to her

She collected it and opened it after which she shouted

"Wow!!!! A huge chocolate cake for me? This is too much, thank you so much." She hugged him so tightly that he couldn't breath.

After which she she disengaged from the hug and look into the bag and found a jewelry box, it was so beautiful it was the only jewelry gift she has ever received from anyone even her family never gave her one. She had to purchase for herself, other than that, no one has ever given her jewelry. This, getting a beautiful jewelry from someone as a gift moved her to tears. It really touched her that she couldn't stop tearing up.

This made Liam confused seeing someone who was elated just a few minutes ago cry all of a sudden. He began thinking she didn't like it. And began blaming himself and Eric for suggesting getting a jewelry for her.

"Hey Clara am sorry if what I brought made you cry, I never want to see you cry ever. I am truly sorry, I'll get you something better soon I promise"

What happened next made Liam surprised and taken aback for a while.

She kissed and hugged him so tightly.

After which she said amidst tears

"Thank you so much, thank you Liam for this gift I will always wear it and never take it off, I am so happy, I love it so much.This is the best gift I have ever received, thank you thank you so much"

And they stayed like that for a while after which

Liam dried off her tears with his palm and said

"Clara, don't ever shed tears when am not around, okay don't ever let any body see your tears. Ever since we met each other I have never forgotten about you for one minute, so I care about you so much don't ever forget that okay?"

"Okay thanks Liam for coming into my life when you did"

"How about we go out for some fresh air, so you can feel good about yourself?"

"Yeah I would love that"

So they both went out and then Clara started smiling again so liam was happy he was able to make her laugh they took pictures together and played like two kids even though Liam is almost a decade older than her.

That was how the love story of Liam and Clara began developing.

After they finished playing at the garden they went to a nearby eatery and ate to their fill.

Clara then said

"Liam it's getting late, I need to go home and make sure the family ate dinner else it won't be funny for me"

"Why is that?"

"Nothing, either way I better get going"

"Alright let's walk home then, you have my number now, so you can always call me whenever you want to see me, also you can just think of me, I'll come to you okay?"

"Alright I will"

So he walked her home and she hugged him again and said,

"Okay, thank you Liam, I had so much fun today. Thanks to you let's do this more often" Clara said

"Sure me too, will check on you every night before you go to bed, this night included if you want" Liam replied

"Would really love that, but let it be tomorrow instead. You must be exhausted. Bye Liam, Goodnight"

With that said she went inside the house and Liam went back home to his pack feeling excited that his Luna in the making is not rejecting him and she willingly hugs him now.

Weeks went by and Liam and Clara kept in touch every single day without fail and they became so attached to one another that one cannot do without the other.

She was even able to open up to Liam about what's happening in her family and how they somehow treat her like an outcast. But Liam soothed her by saying,

"Every family has a favorite, it doesn't matter if you are the odd one out. But they do love you. Maybe they are pushing you to be strong."

Thats how close they've become. But liam hasn't been able to tell her about his real self.

This made him somewhat guilty because she has always opened up to him but he hasn't been truthful to her. So he decided that he will tell her soon enough. Because this guilt is killing him. So on one of his visits to her he decides to tell her about this part of him, for like forever he has never been scared to let others know who he truly is but right now he is scared to tell her about this side of him.

He needs all the help he can get, he asked for Gabe's help in case things go south. So Gabe quickly agreed he was ready to tell her because it was high time she knew about the other part of him as well. He(Gabe) also couldn't bear hiding this from her any longer.

So they both went to her bedroom through the balcony, One evening. She was surprised to see both of them at once so she gestured for them to come in and they did.

"Hey, this is new.. How come both of you came in at the same time? Is something wrong? Is something going on?"

They both kept quiet and she spoke again

"You two, I asked a question aren't you two going to say anything anytime soon?"

"Okay Liam you go first" Gabe said

"What? Why me?" Liam said

"Are you guys going to say something or not?"

"Okay I will start" Gabe said hoping she doesn't freak out.

"Clara, um I have something important to tell you, or rather show you. Please don't freak out. Just know that I love you and I care deeply about you. You are very important to me and me not telling you about this is because I am scared you would reject me."

"Okay now I am getting confused with this attitude of yours"

Gabe continued and said "remember two years ago when I um left?"

"Yeah how can I forget? I missed you over the years and I was kinda lonely"

" yeah... I actually went for training" Gabe said slowly

"Training for what do you want to become a soldier you're acting really funny you know" Clara said mockingly

"No not a soldier but I went to learn how to control myself"

"Control yourself how?" Clara asked in confusion

"I'm a werewolf." Gabe finally spitted out

"Hahahahahaha really funny Gabe you a werewolf, haha... Wait you are not kidding?" Gabe shook his head

"I am being serious right now Clara"

"No no you can't be, you are kidding and you Liam why aren't you fazed by any of this expensive joke?" Clara said

"Nope I'm very serious Clara I am really sorry I never told you for all these years." Gabe said with tears in his eyes

"And you what's your revelation? Are you some kind of vampire or a wizard oh or a fey what is it exactly?" Clara asked Liam who has been quiet all through.

"I am a werewolf too"

"Ha ha you both planned this just to prank me didn't you? well now you got my attention."

"Clara I am being serious with this I am a werewolf not just any werewolf but an Alpha meaning I am the leader of a whole pack of them and the truth is, you Clara you are my Mate" Liam said with all seriousness.

"This is ridiculous, you can't be not you too okay?" Clara said

"Maybe you will believe me if I showed you rather than tell you" Liam said

Liam got down on all fours and a huge black wolf with red eyes emerged, this made Clara move backwards scared.

"No this can't be happening and to think I was beginning to fall in love with you, to think I was beginning to trust you Liam"
