Various companies, including Chavez Real State & Development Company, have received an invitation to a banquet. This banquet will be hosted by an international company called Smith Land. It is rumored that they are looking for new business partners, specifically stable companies in the Philippines. All companies attending the banquet are also required to bid to purchase a portion of the 35% shares being sold by Smith Land.
