The tomcats are forbidden to hunt in the Great Plain
“The other tomcats didn’t come out of it too well, either: the supreme court forbade them to hunt ever again in the Great Plain:
‘Should you be caught infringing this decision, very heavy punishments will await you!’ was the judges’ last word.
“The tomcats came out of the courtroom with their tails between their legs and with lowered ears. They regretted following the Tiger Tomcat. Now, they could go hunting only in the dark forest where they knew they would permanently be in danger! The masters of the forests are animals with great fangs, green eyes and cunning eyes, and tomcats stand no chance facing them.
“Looking at them, a saying popped into my mind that my grandfather often used: ‘he that digs a hole, may fall into it himself’
