Week 1: How to create an initial outline

STEP 1: IDEAS

1. A billionaire CEO falls in love with his brother's girlfriend.

2. His brother is suffering from lung cancer and doesn't know how long he'll live.

3. His girlfriend is an accountant and financial advisor who was hired for his company.

STEP 2: PLOT

Billionaire Mason is the CEO of a very successful business, but recently he had to hire a financial advisor because his business was facing problems.

The last thing on his mind that day was finding his financial advisor attractive. It was love at first sight for him.

Paisley was the only woman who did not fall at his feet at it intrigued him. What he did not know was that this women in front of him was his brother's girlfriend.

What Paisley did not know was that her boyfriend was dying and that this was his brother in front of her.

STEP 3: SCENES

Scene 1: Mason's office

Mason was surprised at what he had just discovered. The company he worked day and night to keep standing was facing terrible financial problems. He could not fathom how this could have happened.

He did not intended to deal with this laying down, so he hired an accountant and financial advisor to help with the situation.

Scene 2: Paisley's Office

Everything seemed to look up for Paisley, she had a very good looking and loving boyfriend, she just got a new promotion at work, and was saving up for a new car. But it was too good to be true right? Correct. She awoke one morning and found that she was transferred to D&D Ltd. as their financial advisor. The company was the best in the country, why did it need a financial advisor? She had no choice but to take the job and be happy about it.

Scene 3: The Meeting

Mason was looking forward to this meeting. He did not know anything about the financial advisor coming today because he left everything concerning hiring to his secretary Lucas. Lucas had the Conference room prepared for the meeting and had Mason in before the financial advisor came in. Mason was holding this meeting with Lucas because his brother and business partner Liam was quite sick and one of them had to keep the business running.

Paisley was taken to the conference room immediately she got to the company. Of course Mia had done her research on the company and it's owners, she new exactly was was going down. Mia was Paisley's best friend and roommate.

She new the CEO was good looking but what she saw was just ridiculous. She did not expect to find the most handsome man she had ever seen seated in front of her. And it did not help that he looked really familiar, despite seeing him on all those photos last night.

As he saw her walk in, his heart stopped. It was love at first sight. He could not stop staring at her as she walked to her seat. How was he supposed to work with a woman who looked like her. He had to focus, so many things were at stake here. So many peoples jobs depended on them fixing what was wrong, but it was hard to concentrate.

What she did not know was that at that moment, he was smitten by her, and what he did not know was that she was his dying brothers girlfriend.
