Chapter 9 Backing into his driveway, he saw Rose shoveling the front walk. “Hey, hey, that’s my job.” he yelled from the truck. “So, this is only a man’s job, ’ehh.” Resting her chin on the shovel handle, “After a long day sitting at a desk, this feels good. I’m going to do this more often, no sense in letting you have all the fun.” Walking up, he took her in his arms, “Thank you, but this isn’t necessary. Besides, I see Sears has that new snowblower on sale. We can go over later and check it out.” Nodding, “Okay, now get out of my way and go stir the beef stew.
