Chapter 31
The surveillance team called back saying they were following Hatcher into town. While they were doing that, his wife and kids were packing up what they needed. The garage door went up slowly. Mrs. Hatcher walked down to the street looking both ways. Once she was sure there was no one else watching, she hustled the kids into the car and sped away.
Meanwhile, Hatcher got to the office and marched right out the back door to a car he had placed there a day earlier.
Sitting outside where they could watch Hatcher’s car, they called in to find out what they should do.
“Stay put, we are on the way,” Knutson told them.
