I wrapped one of my socks around each of my wrists, so the steel chains would not cut my skin, when my struggling for escape would begin.
The end was getting close. I looped one of the choke chains around each wrist, pulling them tight, and picked up the two locks. I hooked them up through the tight belly ropes, so they were ready and ran each chain up in under the same ropes, preparing for my finale. By leaning forward, I was able to work the chains up through the tight ropes that were around my chest. There was just enough chain to grab the metal rings with my thumbs and pull them down to the waist ropes. I had to pull quite hard, but I finally hooked each one of them into the waiting locks.
