Return of the Lost One

Dead End

Sael Anselmo and Dugo Zugath finally entered the alley in between the towering buildings. Only the sound of their flurried footsteps could be heard in the area.

“Stop!”

Not until when an angered voice sounded. The voice echoed so loudly in the alley that it even caused chills to Dugo and Sael. So instead of halting their steps, the two of them sped up their flee as if their adrenaline rush was working into the highest at that time.

That being said, it didn't take long for the two of them to reach the other end of the alley as a bunch of people doing their own business had immediately greeted them.

Sael however, didn't take even a moment of pause as he went in the right direction. Naturally, Dugo also didn't pause as he followed suit.

And when Sael finally saw a certain building, a smile had immediately formed on his lips.

When Dugo saw the building as well, he immediately understood what Sael was planning. He also smiled slightly when he saw the large word placed above the door of the building. It was none other than a men's bath!

So having certain that Jenna wouldn't be able to follow them there anymore, Sael entered the building. Dugo Zugath naturally followed behind hoping that Jenna wouldn't be so stupid to also follow them there.

Meanwhile, the moment Jenna reached the end of the alley, she hurriedly looked left and right to see the two brats she was chasing. But seeing the crowds obstructing her view, she sniffed a few times before finally deciding to rush in the right direction where Dugo and Sael had gone into

And seeing the building that Dugo and Sael had entered, Jenna didn't bother reading the giant words on top of the door as she entered like a wild beast.

And after a while, just as one had to expect, a shrieking voice sounded almost like suffering the most horrible thing that people could experience.

But contrary to one's expectation, the shrieking voice wasn't just one, but several. Not only that, it didn't belong to a girl, but to men.

Shortly after, the door of the men's bath was pushed open with a loud thud. A moment later, many men who only wore a towel on the lower part of their bodies rushed out of the building. They only had the same thought as they said with a terrified expression, “Why is a wild beast running amok in this village? Who let that wild beast enter?”

They never expected that a wild beast would suddenly enter the men's bath, beating up anyway with a single punch. Many people had already suffered and would probably be lying in the hospital for a few weeks.

Thud!

Meanwhile, a door next to an alley was suddenly pushed open. After a moment, two boys came out in a rush and terrified expression.

“Damn it! The girl is mad! She actually followed us there.” One of the two boys spoke. It was naturally Sael who had just spoken. As he spoke, he didn't forget to curse Jenna while running into the alley.

Dugo Zugath on the other hand could only agree silently. He also didn't expect that that brute was actually too... courageous. She didn't even bat an eyelid when she saw many men and old men naked. She just punched anyway blocking her way.

Helpless, Sael and Dugo could only take the emergency exit as they ran away again. The plan of Sael in his mind had failed as it appeared that it didn't work a bit at all.

“What now?” Dugo Zugath suddenly asked, adding more pressure on Sael. And seeing the end of the alley where a towering wall was ahead and another alley on the left and right, he decided to take the left one.

“Let's run away for now,” Sael replied. It was evident that he was still thinking about the next plan.

Dugo Zugath nodded as a response.

Thud!

However, before they could enter the left alley, the two of them suddenly felt chills when they heard a loud thud. After which, a cold and terrifying voice sounded, “Stop it you two!”

Naturally, the one who had just spoken was Jenna. Her voice caused even more chill to Sael and Dugo. As such, they sped up even more afraid that she would catch up to them.

“Damn it! That girl is wasting too much of our time. Just till when will she continue messing with us?” Sael snorted coldly. He clenched his teeth and fist while he was running as he cursed Jenna in his heart.

However, what happened next caused him to be even more frustrated.

“F*ck! Did we take the wrong way?” Sael couldn't help but curse out loud. Ahead of them, there was a towering wall indicating that it was a dead end. Dugo and Zugath finally halted their steps but their heart was still as if running.

But Sael suddenly recalled something before he spoke again in anger, “This damned wall isn't here before. Why is it here now? Who the hell built this wall here?”

In his memory, he didn't recall this wall being placed there. That was also why he decided to take that route. But this towering wall would have to appear there now that what they needed the most was to escape from the pursuit of a certain brainless girl? This was really making him mad.

Hearing his friend Sael, Dugo Zugath on the other hand stared at the towering wall in front of them. He was afraid that it would be difficult for them to climb that wall. However, when he lifted his head high, and his gaze descended on the top of the wall, his eyes narrowed immediately as he frowned afterward.

Even Sael also noticed something when his gaze descended on top of the wall. He also frowned as he spoke in a low voice, “Is she her accomplice?”

On top of the wall, they could see a young girl sitting at the very edge. Her feet were swinging as he hands were on the ground. She wore a white dress and her hair was crimson. Even from afar, Dugo and Sael could still see the mischievous smile on her lips. Just who the hell was she?
