Chap 16

Alida POV

We have official moved into our home. I love it. I have a green house in the back with all my plants. I large kitchen with a island and large pantry. The whole place has wood floors except the stairs because that’s dangerous in socks. The third floor attic is my magic room.

I haven’t been feeling well lately and Sara has been on me to take a pregnancy test. Part of me doesn’t want to because it’s it’s true my whole life will change. Sara is currently 4 month pregnant with her and Chris first. Wolf pregnancy is only 6 months.

I stare down at the two pink lines.

We will be great mothers Alida. Take a deep breath. Dom will be thrilled. Sara will scream with joy. I know I know I say taking a few deep breaths.

Sara has been on me about having kids soon so that our kids can be best friends. Obviously her son will be ours(if it’s a boy) future Bata.

Dom is busy getting ready for the get together. I will tell him after my run then Sara.

I change into my black leggings and red strappy sports bra.l and head off.

I have to stop twice to vomit. This pregnancy is going to ruin my work out routine I say chuckling to myself. I jog for about 3 miles before my legs decide they are done. Usually I do 10 but I guess pregnancy makes you tired.

I turn around and head to the pack house. The left side of the pack house is where we are setting up for the get together. There are tons of tables and chairs. A plate form is being set up for speeches, and even a dance floor.

I see Dom directing omegas with table clothes and center pieces.

“Hey Dom” I say jogging up to him.

“Well it’s this a surprise baby. I see your

feeling better” he says and he pulls me into a hug.

“Eww Dom I’m all sweaty.” I say with a laugh.

“I don’t care baby. I have to change before the party anyways

“Well I do have something I want to talk to you about. Do you have a minute?” I look up and I think he already knows. His eyes are light up like a kid on Christmas morning.

“Yeah baby, let’s head home and have a shower. You can tell me the “ he says and he picks me up bridle styles. A squeal escapes my lips in the process.

The omega around is just laugh and smiles at us. They love seeing there cruel alpha in love. He becomes a live sick puppy around me.

When we arrive back home Dom finally puts me down.

“So what do you have to tell me baby” he says nuzzling his face into my neck.

I start the shower and start to strip. He fallows behind me.

“Well I think you already know but the evidence is on the bathroom counter over there” I say pointing to where I left the test.

He stares down at the test and he has the biggest smile on his face. He comes into the shower and picks me up and spins me around.

“Careful Dom. Wet floors and spinning is dangerous.” I say with a laugh.

All he does it kiss me like I’m going to disappear into thin air.

“I’m just so happy Alida. I’m going to be a daddy. You have given me everything I have ever wanted. I love you.” He says and gets down on one knee.

Now it’s my turn to stare at him. He reaches out of the shower and pulls out a velvet box.

How long has he had that ring.

“Alida, I have loved you since the moment I smashed you into that bookcase. Will you do me the honor of being my wife?” He says has he stares up into my eyes.

Tears start to spill over onto my cheeks.

“Dom, I never thought I would ever be this happy. YES!!!” I yell. Dom puts the beautiful 4 carrot ring on my finite. It has a 4 carrot round diamond in the middle and a 1 carrot ruby on either side.

We finish our shower and get dressed. Dom is on the phone telling his parents that I am pregnant and That I said yes. I can here is moms squeals of joy even while I’m in the closet. I throwing a dark red tank top and black leggings. I am hunting for my black slip on vans when Dom comes up behind me.

“I wish we could celebrate but Guests will be arriving soon.” He says nuzzling my neck.

“I know honey. We will. We can announce it tonight to the pack if you want. I have an appointment with Dr. Larson in 10 mins to check on the babies.” I say while putting my shoes on.

“Can I come with you?” He asks hopefully which just makes me laugh. He is going to be so attentive during this pregnancy.

“Yes of course. Can you spare the time?” I say with a laugh.

“I’ll make it work. Come on let’s go.” He says as he pats my butt out the door.

After the appointment I have a picture of my twins in hand. Dom is still so excited. He is acting like a kid who just found out he got a pony for Christmas.

I send him off to greet the guest. I go off to find Sara. She is going to freak.
