Dominic’s POV

“What do you mean someone took a hit out on my.” I yell at my Bata Chris.

“I got the information from Tom who heard it from his cousin Adam who works for Lincoln Assassins. He overheard the phone call that someone put a hit on you and it was offered to his top assassin.” Chris states.

“Try to find who took the contract.” Chris leaves the room.

Well they won’t get close enough to me to do anything. Cocky much Axel chuckles at me. Shut up mutt. I’m not called the cruel Alpha for nothing. People try to kill me all the time.

Alida POV

I am sitting in a tall tree on the Black moon pack land. I can see the cocky alpha in his office. Do I shot him with a arrow or do I go in his office and kill him. The arrow runs the risks that he can living and revive medical help before he dies. And if I go in i run the risk of me getting caught after he is dead.

Aria is whining in my head. Do we have to kill him? He’s so hot. I just roll my yes at her.

Normally I would lure him away and kill him in a secluded area but they want it wherever can see. I decide on a surprise attack. I’ll shoot him with a arrow an if he doesn’t die I will step in and finish him off.

I pull my bow back, let a breath out and let the silver arrow fly. He turns in his chair last minute. The arrow shatters through the window and hits him in the shoulder. I hear screaming and yelling. I pull out a knock out arrow and let if fly. Hitting a warrior in the leg. He drops. Everyone is frantically looking around for where the arrow came from.

Dominic POV

I’m sitting at my desk trying to figure out who put a hit out on me. Suddenly the window shatters and I feel a sting in my arm. Iv been shot; it burns. Silver! I quickly pull the arrow out. Weakened by the silver. Chris and several warriors run in.

One of the warriors apply pressure to wound. Chris picked up the arrow.

“It’s black and red. Do you know what that means Dom”

“No I say with a wince.”

“It’s the Angle of Death”

Suddenly another arrow comes flying in and hits one of the warriors. He pulls it out and smells it. Sleep potion. He says before he goes down.

“He’s in the area. Find him” I yell out.

Alida’s POV

They have left him to find me. I slowly sneak up and into his office to take him down. He flips around and I pull out my silver knife. I run at him and flip him over. I have my legs wrapped around his waist and my arm around his neck. I’m about to slit his throat when he smashed my head onto the book shelf behind me. I start to see black dots.

Suddenly people run in. I stagger up and Theo a dart right at him. It catches him in the shoulder. Iv never missed a hit. I go to run and crash out the intact window. I think I broke my ankle. I try to run but am tackled and held down my head slamming on the hard ground. s**t s**t s**t. Sothis how it ends. I let the darkness take me.

Dominic POV

Holly s**t. The Angel of Death is a girl. She jumps towards me and grabs me with her legs. She’s going to slit my throat. I push her head into the book case. She lets go. Omg she’s beautiful. She smells like coconut and jasmine. Mate!!! Ace yells in my head. What. Suddenly everyone runs in and she jumps out the window. Limp running away. She must have broken her foot.

“Get her!” I yell.

One of my warriors Tackles her to the ground. I hear a c***k when her head hits the hard grounds. I run over and pick up her lifeless body in my arms and run to the pack hospital.

“Dom why are we taking her to the hospital. She would be put in a cell.” Chris says to me she sounds annoyed.

“Because she’s my mate.” I growl out at him.

He just stops walking

“Really!! Wow that’s great man. I can’t believe your mated to the Angle of Death. And the angle of death is a girl.”

I call for the Dr and lay her on the bed. Dr. Lee runs in. What happened.

“She hit her head twice and I think her ankle is broken.” I say to Dr Lee

“Who is she alpha?”

“She’s my mate”
