Kiria got no rest. If she fell asleep, Tanyu would attack her in dreams.
So she stayed up, talking to her commanders about the next day, and what they were going to do about the situation at the palace. If Bard was still alive, he was under Belik’s control. There was no way to contact Jori, but Kiria was confident he must still be alive since Belik wasn’t gloating about killing him. Firian was missing, either dead or trying his best despite the Sentry with no success. Kiria didn’t want to admit how much she had counted on Firian to come through. The situation at the palace was tenuous, to say the least.
