Calla sat in the middle of her ginormous bed with her laptop resting on her legs. The blinking cursor on the screen taunted her. On the document she had open there were two columns. One was labeled Pros and the other Cons.
She should have been checking for other missing girls. She should have been thinking about what the hell she would write in a report for the council. She should have been doing anything but what she was… No, instead she was attempting to work through the merits of being a dragon mate.
The pros were outweighing the cons and she couldn"t quite reconcile that in her mind. A week ago the chart would have looked completely different. She knew it, but she couldn"t figure out why.
