ake was the first to react, a katar shooting out right as the Prima Guardian appeared amidst their group. It quickly blocked with one of its bone swords, but Jake’s quick movement had urged everyone to react appropriately, creating distance from the chimera.
Following up, Jake released two more blows before retreating, allowing the Sword Saint and Carmen to actively engage the boss. Its four arms moved unnaturally to defend against them, the formerly large and bulky creature now agile and flexible, even dodging an attempt from Sylphie.
