Cedrick’s POV The pen rolled across the table and back into my hand. I flicked it off again, rolling it up the folder and catching it when it rolled back down… I was deep in thought, thinking about the events these last few days. I’d never imagined that my mate had gone through all of that. And as much as I hated to admit it – because let’s face it: I wanted to murder the guy! – if I hadn’t gotten Dean’s advice I would never have known. I would never know how to push through the façade.
