(Dante's POV) Paris rain soaked through my thousand-dollar coat and filled my custom shoes with dirty street water. I stood across from Elena's apartment building for hours. People passed under umbrellas, and the lobby porter checked me twice. Above him, one apartment window stayed lit. The lobby door opened. Leo stepped outside alone. He had grown taller.
