Samuel could smell the blood, a lot of it coming from the south. As alpha of the Deathwolf pack, it was his job to kee the people in his usually quiet area safe. From the amount of blood filling his snout, it wasn't good. Himself and his pack were training, fighting as wolves to practice for times such as these. Sam had made a scoffing noise, his fellow packs all instantly staring at him. He chuffed towards the south and growled, showing a potential threat. His pack would all begin to growl and snarl before leaping over each other and heading in the direction of the smell.
Sam would follow swiftly behind, having the rear covered while Effy and Rebeka had the flanks. Gorgie had the front. They would all slow as they came across 2 vampires, But not any vampires, Thee vampires. Torque and Gade. Why were they out here? He'd never have the chance. Gorgie would snarl and chase the two off, far off. The rest of the pack following. As sam was about to follow, he sniffed and lowered his head. Finding his hazel eyes meeting those of a beautiful, emerald green. The small girl screaming would disorientate him slightly, it felt like there was more to it than a scream...
Sam quickly transformed back, his bones breaking and cracking as went. When he was finally on 2 feet, the male would untie the small bundle of shorts and chuck them on before chasing after the little girl. She smelt of blood. Were those monsters sick enough to attack a little girl?
"Little girl!" His gruff voice would sound, "Wait! Please!" he came to a stop as his tentative ears picked up in the small sounds of her crying. He frowned, the sound of the small girl crying for some reason, attacks his heart. She sounded so small, helpless and afraid.
Sam bent down and crawled a little closer till he was only a meter away. Sam had jet black hair with olive skin and an athletic build for a body. He only currently adorned shorts that hugged his hips. He stood about 6'5, a rather large male with a broad chest.
"Little one? My name is Samuel. I'm not going to hurt you. I want to help you." He would begin. Her hazel brown eyes watching the spot on the tree he hoped she was behind. A small, quivery little voice would call out. "I want my mommy and daddy.." would could the soft whisper of the little girl.
Sam's heart broke more. "Where are they, sweetheart? I can half you find them."
"Those men made them go to sleep." she would say as she peeked out slightly from behind the tree.
Sam was so angry, they had killed the little girl's parents and then pursued her. He couldn't hand her over to authorities with what she had been through a seem. Then, a drastic thought would cross his mind.
"Come home with me and ill look after you, What's your name?" He asked a small smile forming crossed his face as he peeked down at her.
"Aiyana, but Mommy calls me Ana."
