It Begins
In the quiet town of Millbrook, life had always been peaceful and
uneventful. The residents went about their daily routines, unaware
of the impending horror that was about to unfold. It started with a
series of mysterious disappearances, whispers of strange
sightings, and reports of a strange illness spreading through the
community.
John, a local mechanic, was the first to witness the true nature of
the threat. While working late one night in his garage, he heard a
commotion outside. Peering through the window, he saw his
neighbor, Mrs. Wilkins, staggering down the street, her skin a
sickly gray and her eyes vacant. As he watched in horror, Mrs.
Wilkins attacked a passerby, biting into the man's flesh with a
feral intensity.
Terrified, John barricaded himself in the garage, his heart
pounding as he tried to make sense of what he had just seen. The
screams and sounds of violence outside only grew louder, and he
realized that this was no ordinary situation. Something had gone
terribly wrong in Millbrook.
As the night wore on, the town descended into chaos. Neighbors
turned on one another, their humanity stripped away by the
mysterious illness. The streets were filled with the shambling,
undead figures, their only goal to feed on the living. John knew he
had to find a way to escape, to warn others and hopefully find a
safe haven.
