Cassian’s POV Cassian didn’t rush. He made it a point to never ever rush. Besides, he wasn’t going to do that when everything was going the way he wanted it to. His boots echoed loudly against the concrete floor as he walked through the warehouse, the faint scent of oil and iron was thick in the air. His men moved around him with urgency in their steps. Some of them were loading crates, others were speaking in a low tone, none of them dared to even look up and stare into his eyes. They all knew better. By the time he finally reached the small room he considered his office, his expression had long since settled into something calm. He pushed the door open and stepped inside, shrugging off his jacket as he moved toward the desk. The only light in the room was coming from a small window
