I wake up as the sun begins to shine through the windows , I can hear the birds outside.
Nate’s gentle, heavy breathing next to me, his arms wrapped around me tightly. So it wasn’t all some wonderful dream?!
It feels too good to be real. The thought of losing this, losing Nate, starts to make me panic a little.
‘We’re marked now, they won’t leave us’. My wolf startles me, but her words are comforting. I’m not really sure how this new side of me works, but I guess I’ve got a large learning curve ahead of me.
