The day passed, and it was time for the ball. The big event was thrown to celebrate the girls and to say goodbye. At least, that's why everyone thought the ball was being held. And it was... one of the many causes.
In reality, Luna wanted to hold this ball for multiple reasons.
One of them was to give the girls a blessing and ensure their safety.
Being a Goddess, and the daughter of the one and only creator of werewolves, Luna could do more for these girls than just a goodbye party. And she chose to do it because, even if she was scared to admit it, Luna grew attached to this pack.
She knew it was a mistake. Sooner or later, when she completes her task, Luna will have to leave everything behind and go home.
