After Luna's talk with Anna, her only thought was the restoration of the pack's wealth.
She wasn't familiar with the business.
Actually, she wasn't familiar with money in general.
The last time she came to Earth, people were still paying with silver coins.
So when the demon brought her a bag full of paper, she deemed it useless and burned it.
She didn't know what she had done until Liam entered her office without knocking and fell on his knees in bewilderment, looking at the burning piles of money.
"You mean to tell me this is money? This...paper?"
"These 'papers' are more money than we had to build the houses in the pack!"
