Chapter Six
The day matters came to a head, they had gone clothes shopping together. Both women liked feminine clothes. One difference was that Harriet preferred higher heels than Laura, with Laura sometimes wearing moderately high heels or feminine ballerina style shoes. When Harriet wore high heels and trousers, Laura thought her bottom looked delicious. They also both agreed on this; never wear white pantyhose. It’s so boring. They both liked various shades of black and tan; usually twenty or fifteen-denier. Harriet also wore short skirts which really suited her. She always looked the part of the confident woman, whatever she wore.
