CHAPTER 15
The night of the party, the guys headed for town and Lily and Lorraine prepared to be invaded. Marsha, Marissa and Laura arrived first. Lily and Lorraine helped them carry food into the kitchen. Crystal and Sara came next with more food. They were followed by Marian Embers and Mary Sands. They, also, brought more food and drinks.
“We have enough food to feed the whole town,” remarked Lorraine.
“We have more ladies coming. We wanted to be sure we had enough,” declared Laura.
Lily slipped upstairs to check on Lucky. While she was there, she called Les.
“Hi, Love, aren’t you supposed to be partying?” asked Les.
“The ladies are downstairs getting the food ready,” said Lily. “They brought enough food to feed an army and I was wondering.”
