"IT'S SUMMER!" The bed started springing up and down causing a headache to form in my head. I open my eyes to see NIkki excitedly bouncing on the mattress like a four-year-old. I rub my eyes and felt dried tears on the corners of my eyes. Everything from last night came crashing down on me. "Nikki, stop!" I yelled out of frustration. Instantly she stopped. With one last bounce she landed crisscross on the bed. "Sorry. School's finally over!" She raised her arms in a victory yell and dashed downstairs. "I’m going to make breakfast!" I heard crashing before Nikki assured me, "I'll pay for that!" That brought a smile on my face and my mood picked up.
