CHAPTER SEVEN : HIM

In a great speed the car rushed to the mansion where the doctor was already waiting for drake, he was carried into a room that looks like a theater, Saint was about to go in but was stopped, he sat outside the door curled up into a ball crying his eyes out, the scene of drake getting shot re played in his mind, he knew this was his father's doing, all he wanted was for drake to be fine.

Choral's men walked his the building, to meet him sitting at the pool side,

" sir Saint was almost shot" one of the man informed him, as they passed pictures of Drake and Saint from the moment the left the mansion till Drake got shot,

" who fired the shot" Choral asked as he observed the pictures in his hands

," we have no idea boss we just followed them according to your instructions, to follow them" he man replied.

" this guy is not the same as the one we've been following for the past month sir" another man pointed out,

" That's true" Choral agreed as he took a picture of Derrek into his hand, he placed the two pictures side by side

" which of them is Derrek?" he asked himself,

"this guy in this picture I want every bit of information on him" he said referring to Drake's picture " Derrek wouldn't allow just a nobody to take my son out, he kidnapped him, it's not a vacation"

"yes sir" the men answered as the were dismissed

Felix walked towards the pool with tray a glass of water and a pills and on the other hand a document that needed his signature, he gave the pills to Choral with he swallowed.

" I know He's trying to play a game with me but I'll find out who Derrek is, and when I do I'll kill him" Choral whispered to himself as he took the document from Felix and read through them,

" how is the movement of my products" he asked as he signed the papers,

" it going very well sir , this time we decided to go through the tunnels, the police has no idea what's going on under their noses" Felix replied,

" Good, we need to expand our business a bit further, arrange a meeting with Jai Mata" Choral said as he got up on his feet " but sir Jai Mata is only interested in Samantha and Saint getting married but master Saint isn't here" Felix asked in confused,

" Arrange the meeting Felix, trust me, my son will be back and very soon, remember my name, nothing happens without my permission, keep that in mind" he added as he walked away.

"Incompetent fools" Derrek yelled as he threw what was on his table at the men standing in front of him, " how did you lose he every time just one job follow Choral but you can't, useless" Derrek said as the arranged his clothes on his sir

" we're sorry sir , but we tried our best but its just impossible to find her" one of the me spoke,

" impossible?" Derrek chuckled " that word doesn't exist to me, find her or else, I don't need to remind you how he gets when thing don't go as plan" a visible fear could be seen on the faces of the men

"you may leave" Derrek sat one his chair thinking about everything that has been happening this pat few months, his mind finally went to Saint, his thought was disrupted by a young man who was around the same age as Saint, " what's the matter Chris" Derrek asked as he read a bad vibe from the young man's face.

" sir, master Drake has been shot" he finally spoke

" what no, no ,no that's not possible" he grabbed his jacket and hopped into the car straight to the mansion.

After what seemed like a decade the doctor finally came out room with a sad and worried face which made Saint more nervous, Saint immediately stood up to hear what the doctor had to say,

" I'm sorry but I can't tell you anything about the patient you're not related to him in anyway the said doctor said as he looked at Saint, " doctor that's not true, I'm related to him, I'm.... I'm ... his boyfriend" Saint lied he really wanted to see drake,

" okay in that case, the patient is doing just fine, the bullet was removed successful" Saint immediately hugged the doctor in excitement, " can I go see him?"

" yes but right now he's unconscious and we need to move he to his room first, he will be awake by tomorrow, the bullet only affected his right arm so for the next couple of weeks he may not be able to use it" the doctor added

" thank you so much doctor" Saint greeted the doctor.

Drake was moved to his room, Saint entered into the room on seeing Drake the incident flashed across his eyes causing him to tear up, he observed drake he had a cast to his right hand, and there were tubes sticking in and out of his body which added to saint's tears.

" I'm sorry, I am not be trouble to you since the day I came" he held Drake's hand

" I couldn't even protect you, like you've been protecting me, I couldn't do anything either, I promise you form now onwards I'll always try by best to protect you, one is allowed to hurt even the hair one your head because you mean the world to me" he kissed Drake on the forehead, just then the door swung open revealing Derrek.
