AHYAN Everyone is waiting outside. I had to go and check up on them to see if everything was fine. It wasn’t. Annemkept crying in a way I’d never seen her cry before. I knew they were happy tears but heck if seeing her in that state didn’t make me mad at myself. It wasn’t my fault. I knew it wasn’t. There was next to nothing I could find out about Baba. But come to think of it, I should’ve checked this hospital when I’d heard my uncle was fatally ill.
