I wouldn’t have believed that Daniel had spent the night if not for the aspirin close to the bed. I wouldn’t have believed that he slept close to me if not for the rumples on the bed, I wouldn’t have believed that he had left if not for the pictures packed in the closet and the scissors placed back in the drawers and I would have noticed that he left because the comfort he gave me in the silence was now gone. I took the aspirin and got set ready for class.
After class, the girls and I went to our favorite eating place.
