Since Chris's car was in the repair shop, Blue insisted on lending him her electric scooter for commuting. With no other choice, Chris had to nod in agreement.
So, on this particular morning, as he was about to ride, Blue happened to have the day off, so he brought her along.
"Chris, you have to get Lily's autograph for me later, okay?"
"No problem," Chris chuckled, nodding. He hadn't expected a woman of Blue's age to still be a fan girl. Women, they're just impossible to figure out.
As he rode along, searching for a parking spot, he quickly found one not too far ahead and steered the scooter over.
But just as he parked, a business car reversed right into them.
