FOUR Tulsi went from asleep to awake in a second. The sudden action of being shunted sideways snapped her from her slumber. She was still trying to figure out what was going on when her hands came into contact with the hard wooden floor. Swallowing a yawn, she couldn’t order her thoughts. The air was cold, yet, she was warm. The smell around her wasn’t familiar, but it was comforting. Heavy boots next to her moved. When she looked up the line of the leg beside her, she saw Wreck standing above watching the door. He began to move towards it. “Row,” he barked, at a higher volume than any he’d used last night.
