They were whispering again. Killian was whispering but she was loud. He had yelled at her to lower her voice twice now.
Sighing, I stretched my limbs , waiting for Killian to come in. I can't move on my own till I get used to it.
I overheard a bit of what they were arguing about last night. I'm blind not deaf. The fact that she was loud about it made me feel like an intruder.
It's obvious she's jealous,I mean why would he have another woman in his house if there was nothing between them. And the way she barged into the room last night saying something about a movie?
And now she's nagging him about how I would take a lot of his time and he'll neglect his work .
Now I'm beginning to rethink marriage. Sure,it's a stepping stone for me. But I don't want to be a third wheel.
