Escape or Die

The Escape pt2.

 The boys stood in awe when they saw that Nima turned into a flaming zombie, Valark then recalled at the beginning of the games when she got burnt alive but came out like nothing happened to her. Nick moved to Valarks side and whispered “Ice Demon” and they both turned to this icy cold side of themselves and froze the zombie to death. The zombie fell to the ground in frozen fractals.  Nick broke the silence with “ Well s**t, it's not everyday that you have to watch your twin sister die and then have to kill her again.” 

Valark walked right over to Nick and simply told him “ it was for the best, I understand what you are going through because when you lost your sister I lost the girl I've had a crush on since the third grade.” Nick just looked at him in shock then pulled him in and made it seem like he was going to whisper something in his ear but ended up kissing him throwing Valark off guard. Once Nick stepped back he spoke again “Well I know it's not my sister but when /if we get out alive would you want to go on a date with me ?” All Valark could do was shake his head yes and then walk away for a minute trying to comprehend what had just happened,  Nick slowly followed suit

After 5 minutes, Nick caught up to Valark and asked him if he was ok? And with a simple reply of “yeah, I had to walk off to comprehend everything.” Nick pulled in Valark again and held him close for a moment then they started walking towards the exit when more zombies came at them but when they saw Valark they turned on each other while some were still pursuing them so they fought off those then continued to go towards the door when a zombie grabbed a hold of Nick and sank its teeth into Nicks shoulder sending Valark into another frenzy causing him to wipe out all the zombies again. 

After Valark wiped out the surrounding zombies going after Nick, he helped Nick to the food hall where the med kit was and took care of him just like Nick took care of him. Afterwards they made their way back to the emergency closet for the supplies to torch the place once they escaped when they ran into the “boss” mutant zombie which took both of them to take down. Once they took him down they ran to the closet and grabbed the torches, flares, and gasoline and ran out the back door and torched the place. 

Valark shot up from his deep sleep panting when Nick gently sat up asking what was wrong. When Valark turned to look at him he screamed because his face was all burnt. Then he passed back out never to wake again
