I have always been an advocate that we should cherish every heartbeat of life, however, the moment I lay down on the hotel bed I have found, and sink into the comfort of feathers, I become a lost being. When I was a teenager, living at home in my beloved Bogota, I never imagined falling madly in love with a man even close to Freddy Nasser. It was the last thing I ever aspired to. I always dreamed of becoming a journalist, it was part of my dreams since I started studying. Of course I dreamed of falling in love, of falling in love with an educated and respectful man, who loved me, who valued me, who wanted to spend the rest of his life by my side and live one of those romances that I liked so much in the movies. Freddy was nowhere near that and I knew it from the first moment I saw him.
