“Luna, where are you going? Please get back inside. It’s dangerous.” One of our warriors promptly stopped me before I could exit from the back of the pack house.
I froze, slightly panicking at what to say. I almost turned the house down after realizing that Lorelei wasn’t inside, and my first instinct was to run out to find her.
“I need to get out,” I answered, sounding so dumb, but I'm in a hurry.
He looked at me with confusion and slight annoyance, which I totally understand. It’s taking all of our energy to even stay in our current forms.
“Luna, we’re under attack. You said it yourself. Please stop arguing and get back inside.” He physically blocked my way in case I tried to run away.
“One of the pack members is missing,” I revealed while keeping it vague on who it was.
